Skilled in Budgeting, Sales, Sales Management, Construction, General Industry, Municipalities, Government, CRM Management and Construction supplies.

He is a Strong Regional Sales Manager possessing a blend of sales, customer service, leadership, management, communications and strategic account sales. His skills include developing strong customer relationships, understanding the different sales cycles within in the markets.

He has a strong foundation of strategic, creative, technical, sales, operations and analytical expertise, consistently exceeding sales performance goals by aligning talents and effort with organizational targets. As a sales leader he has a proven track record of producing results and driving profitable results by building lasting relationships and trust with his customers.

Away from work, Norm enjoys traveling with his wife Denise and spending time with his 2 sons and 2 grandchildren. Playing golf, hunting and fishing as often as he can.
