Meet our Northeastern United States, Northeastern Canada and Maritime Provinces Regional Sales Manager, George Ellis

George Ellis was recruited and signed by Furukawa Rock Drill in May 2010 and has had exceptional results since his arrival shattering sales records and setting the standard for all to follow.

Prior to George’s arrival to FRDUSA he served 27 years active duty in the United States Navy and attained the highest rank possible in minimal time of Command Master Chief (Aircrew) and was board certified and instructor certified as an Aviation Warfare Specialist. George is also a graduate of the Naval Leadership Academy.

Upon military retirement, George was recruited by Corporate Walmart HQ for a staff leadership position working directly for the VP of Sales. After a successful tour, George was drawing interest in the drill industry and was recruited by Eastrock, Inc., which happens to be one of his current dealers, then he was recruited by Contractors Sales Company in Albany, NY as their Territory Manager for Rock Drill sales serving there for two years before his move to Furukawa Rock Drill USA.

George has a wealth of leadership, management, directing, organizational, planning, training and motivational skills and experience from his high-powered positions he held during his Naval career leading upwards of 3,500 Naval personnel, Marines and civilians spread out through the United States and Europe in which he uses to “Get the Job Done” up and down the chain of command.

George resides in Upstate NY with his wife Annette.
