Rock Drill Spotlight on the Southeast
The Southeastern United States is a hot region and FRD USA is right in the middle of it, providing sales and service support for FRD USA Rock Drill equipment from its facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Southeastern Sales and Service Facility supports all of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.
The facility provides emergency breakdown services, regular preventive maintenance services, warranty services and more. A team of highly-trained and experienced service technicians support customers throughout the region.
“Our South Carolina-based service techs are considered among the best in the business for their knowledge, ability to solve problems and for providing timely assistance,” said Erin Weeks, Southeastern Sales and Service Facility Branch Manager. “This well coordinated branch service tech team keeps a lot of customers taken care of throughout our area.”
Weeks and her front-office team are the first line of defense when customers have a service or sales question or issue. For service, they help assess the issue so service technicians can be advised and offer their advice or be scheduled for a service call if a customer doesn’t have their own technician.
“Our goal is always to maximize uptime. If our technicians need to get involved, they are trained exclusively for FRD equipment. That means they are highly qualified to ensure minimal downtime for FRD Rock Drill equipment,” Weeks added.
