Who would I call with questions or inquiries on FRD Product?

You can easily find your FRD USA Regional Manager on our web site. Click the “Sales” tab in the navigation bar, where we have our managers listed by division. Click on the region where you are located, and a box will appear with the relevant contact information.

What is DEALERLINK?

DEALERLINK is a secure website reserved for FRD Dealers and Customers. It can be accessed from this site by clicking DEALERLINK on the upper right hand corner of the page, or directly at dealerlink.frdusa.com/Account/Login. Dealerlink requires an approved log-in and password. When opened, you would have access to information on on-line parts ordering, sales forms, service bulletins, operation manuals, marketing materials and more. If you’re already a Dealer or Customer and need a log-in and password, contact your FRD Regional Manager.

How do I know what options are available for a FRD Drill?

A list of options appropriate for current FRD USA drill models can be easily accessed here >>. On the home page navigation bar, roll your mouse over the Rock Drill Division tab and you’ll see a link to Drill Options. Click the link, and the options for each drill model will appear. Additionally, a listing of drill options is offered on each specific web site Drill page. Simply choose the page for a specific drill and go to the Drill Options tab at the bottom of the page.

Can I purchase product or parts directly from FRD USA?

FRD USA sells direct through a vast network of dealers and select customers. If you are not a dealer or customer, it would be best to contact the Regional Manager in your area that represents the product you have interest in and he will immediately assist, OR call the Toll Free Number below:
